About AISIS:
The mission of AISIS is the creation and implementation of generally beneficial and educational programs that enable people to develop thein crucial life skills, help equal opportunities and support permanent development of organisations.
Aisis has threefold role as:
1. A bridge between commercial and non-profit subjects. It is capable to develop and realise joint projects of business and non-profit sectors, understands corporate social responsibility and is an expert in the area of school system and education.
2. An expert in the area of education by knowing current trends and active influence on them. Aisis cooperates with experts and dozens of schools and organisations. Involved in national and international projects (14 ongoing, 11 finished).
3. A strong partner for projects providing structured help through whole project lifecycle. Cooperates on projects preparation, provides expertise in the field of personality development and social education, through management of changes at schools and consultations and educational courses. Also provides conference and information services.
ROLE IN THE PROJECT
AISIS is in charge of project coordination. This includes project administration and coordination of partners and communication within the project. In this area Aisis will also provide any necessary help to project partners related to organisational, administrative and financial issues. AISIS is in charge of communication with authorities on EU level. Further, AISIS will schedule and safeguard organisation of workshops throughout the project. Implementation plan for the whole project will be drafted at the first project meeting and after approval distributed to all partners and supervised. AISIS will guide execution of project outcomes and together with work package leaders guarantee its quality. From previous experiences with organisation of course for school management, AISIS will provide expertise and best practices and lead communication in this area. AISIS will also provide the plan to pilot the course.
